Arcangela Rago was born in Terlizzi, Bari, Italy on 30th of August, 1994. After obtaining the M.Sc. degree (with honors) in Telecommunications Engineering, she received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Information Engineering from Politecnico di Bari, Bari, Italy, in January 2022. She is currently a Tenure Track Assistant Professor RTT in Telecommunications at the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering, Politecnico di Bari, Bari, Italy, where she was formerly an Assistant Professor RTD-A.
