Arcangela Rago was born in Terlizzi, Bari, Italy on 30th of August, 1994. After obtaining the M.Sc. degree (with honors) in Telecommunications Engineering, she received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Information Engineering from Politecnico di Bari, Bari, Italy, in January 2022. She is currently a Tenure Track Assistant Professor RTT in Telecommunications at the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering, Politecnico di Bari, Bari, Italy, where she was formerly an Assistant Professor RTD-A. Since October 2025, she has served as Website Co-Chair of the N2Women Board, and since January 2026, as WIE Officer of the IEEE ComSoc Italy Chapter.
