Biography

Giovanni Grieco was born in Bari, March 1996. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Automation and a Master degree in Telecommunications Engineering cum laude, with focus on Cybersecurity. Giovanni has quickly developed transversal IT skills since he was a teenager, from basic website development to loads of personal projects, each with a different kind of technology, scope, and theme. Thanks to this early experience, his work activity encompass various projects related to Automotive Engineering, Railway Engineering, Internet of Things, Deep Learning, Software Defined Networking, and, last but not least, Internet of Drones.

Research interests

His active interest in Open Source Software, both as an advocate and as a developer, allows him to rapidly embrace new technologies and to help design novel solutions for innovative products. His main research interest is in the Internet of Drones.
